hmm, well i used page anchors.
on your pages that you want to appear in the iframe, make a new html box and put this in it:
<a name="page name here"></a>
put that near THE TOP of each page you want to appear in the iframe.
thennnn, on your homepage, put this at the end of every link:
#page name here.
like, if you wanted to open your owner page in the iframe, put
<a name="owner"></a> on the owner page,
and on your link in the sidebar, put
<a href="url#owner">Owner.</a>
etc.
that's how i did my guestbook. i don't know if it will work or not :/
